Hi! I’m Kathryn C. Schoeberlein, also known as Casey.

I live in Baltimore, work in New York City and spend my days creating learning and development content for tech companies. Right now, I’m part of the go-to-market enablement team for LinkedIn's global sales solutions.

When I’m not at work, I’m daydreaming about my next hike, volunteering as a board representative at the United Nations Association and playing and exploring with my husband, son and puppy.

I find inspiration in nature and think the National Parks system is one of the best ideas the United States has ever had. The Greater Yellowstone area is my favorite place in the world.

I’m also passionate about gender and educational equity for women and girls around the world and am always looking for new ways to support and advance the concept that women’s rights are human rights.

I love connecting people and ideas through innovative processes. I have spent much of my career thus far working with students and educators in the US and around the world promoting experiential education experiences, or “learning by doing”.

I try to utilize those same concepts in my current line of work by designing trainings and instructional content that draw on prior experiences, create aha! moments and engage learners in active experimentation with new concepts and ideas.
